Children's Birthday Cakes - New packages on the way!

July is going to be such a fun month.  I have two birthday cake orders for children.  I love birthday cakes for kids!  I can get super creative and the colors and energy of the designs usually make for an innovative explosion.  SO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!  :-)

That being said, I'm going to be working on a few package options for children's birthdays where parents can get a cake with cake pops and/or cup cakes.  I'm excited about this idea!  I'll need to do some research and ask parents what they would like most.  Details to follow soon!    

June 16th - FUDGE DAY!!!

I just found out that according to the National Confectioners Association, tomorrow is Fudge Day!  HECK YEAH!  Now that is a day to celebrate!!  Unfortunately I'm on a diet and racing this week-end so fudge is out but I'll have a little piece next week in honor of delicious, gooey, sweet, yummy fudge!  

Forget real flowers, make a cupcake bouquet!

Cool Beyblade Cake

Had a busy week-end so far with a couple of new designs for cake pops and a very cool Beyblade cake for a cool little boy turning 6.  It's off to finish up a few other things...

These beauties were for a great lady and her company's logo that has a tree branch with hearts on it.  Love the final look!  :-)  

These sweet cake pops were for a baby shower.  Adorable!

Welcome a new flavor to our cake pop menu - I introduce chocolate peanut butter chocolate chip cake pop!

Yesterday was National Chocolate Chip Day and I asked friends on facebook whether they would like vanilla chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate chip or peanut butter chocolate chip.  Peanut butter won out and here is the outcome!  Like having a Reese's Cup on a stick but creamier, smoother and richer.  It's sinfully delicious!  I present, CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP.
(With a name that long, it better be good... and it is!)

 

National Chocolate Chip Day

Did you know that today is National Chocolate Chip Day?!?!  I must celebrate....  time to eat a few chocolate chips!!!  Or maybe I'll make some delicious chocolate chip cake pops.....  Yes, I think that's it. That will be a new flavor to add as well!!  WOOT WOOT

An apple teachers will LOVE!

My daughter's school celebrates Teacher Appreciation Day on May 3rd (tomorrow).  I saw apple cake pops online a long time ago and thought I would give it a try.  This is how it came out.  They are a bit challenging to make but worthwhile!!  I think her teachers will love them!!
